We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

Unlike many online rug stores with special rules and fine print, we believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. You may return your rug or rug pad for any reason within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.
To make a return, log in to your OrientalRugSuperstore.com account and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will receive an E-Mail with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back. If you did not create a OrientalRugSuperstore.com account, please follow the link on the original receipt.
Once your return item(s) have been received, we will process your return within two business days.
- Exchange items are typically shipped the same day.
- Store credit is issued in the form of a certificate code, which you will receive via E-Mail.
- Refunds are issued back to the payment method used. For credit cards, it may take an additional two days for the credit to appear on your card statement.
Store credits and refunds are issued for the amount of the item(s) purchased.
Important
- To receive credit, rugs must be properly packaged. (Please retain the original packaging, or re-pack with like material)
- All returns are subject to inspection before issuing credit.
- RA numbers must be clearly marked on outside casing of package and on the packing slips.
- In the event items that were used to accumulate points are returned, the amount of reward dollars redeemed will be subtracted from the total of refunds.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will be processed and packaged for shipping the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will processed and ready to ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by OrientalRugSuperstore.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
